Tick Solutions acted as furniture supplier for the prestigious £11m Energy Skills Centre at East Coast College in Lowestoft, a training facility for the energy, engineering and maritime sectors. I have been very pleased with the service which they provided, right from the tender stage through to the completion and aftercare.

They offered an excellent range of products at a very good price and worked with me and the designer to fine-tune the selection, colour and fabric choices. The Tick Solutions team are aware of the challenges and issues of working in an education setting and were very helpful and proactive in coming forward with suggestions for hard-wearing and robust, yet attractive furniture. They communicated with me throughout about delivery timescales and made every effort to ensure that programme was met. Their installers were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and able to work well with other suppliers to ensure a good onsite team effort. There was a smooth handover at the end of the installation, which was completed on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Tick Solutions.

In fact, I have used them since to supply furniture for a smaller project to fit out IT examination rooms. Again, they came up with an excellent solution for practical, yet attractive furniture which fitted the project perfectly. The products were installed within the agreed timescale, and the installers left the facility tidy and ready-to-use.
